Thank you for applying to lease with Domain Realty Group Property Management. Please note that upon submitting your application, you will be required to provide all office/association fees and Security Deposit. Without the security deposit, we are not required to hold the property for you.
APPLICATION FEES
The following is a basic breakdown of fees and paperwork you could encounter when applying for any annual rental. If you are interested in a specific rental, please contact our office to receive the correct amount for the specific home you are applying for.
Security Deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent – NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Deposits must be in a cashier’s check and/or money order
Florida Tenant Reporting Services – ALL adult applicants over the age of 18 must each submit a fully completed, dated and signed Florida Tenant Application. If any part of the application is incomplete we will not be able to start processing any paperwork. $50.00 per adult made payable to: Domain Realty Group
Processing Fee of $50.00 made payable to: Domain Realty Group
Copy of a State Issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc.)
Completed Association Applications
Please read all of the association paperwork for any extra information that might be needed. (Example: Reference letters, pet’s vaccination records, etc.)
TENANT INFORMATION
- Security Deposits are held in our office until the day of move-in.
- Upon receipt of your rental application AND security deposit, the property will be taken off the market.
- The application to the association will not be approved UNTIL both parties have signed the lease.
- Keys will be released on the first (1st) day of occupancy as stated in the lease agreement at our office location. Key will not be given out early for any reason.
